Alpacas of Oklahoma hopes you will read our show information before you register.
Six Years in Chickasha OK!

Registration, Fees & Deadlines
- You complete your registration when you pay all required fees and submit all required paperwork.
- YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR ENTRIES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE SHOW. A-OK requires full payment before you may vet check or unload anything. Contact Debbie Ashley, Show Coordinator about the status of your account.
- You are able to pay for your Entry Fees online via PayPal or with a Credit/Debit card when you register, or you may mail a check to our treasurer.
- Make all checks payable to Alpacas of Oklahoma. If you wish to mail a check for your Entry Fees—which saves A-OK PayPal expenses, please mail it to our A-OK Treasurer:

- Submit cancellation requests in writing by midnight on October 19, 2026. A-OK will deduct a $25 processing fee per show, plus any fees paid to the Alpaca Owners Association (AOA) and the Show Superintendents for your entries, from all refunds.
- You may make substitutions until midnight on October 26, 2026. After that deadline, A-OK will allow substitutions only for verified medical issues. For medical substitutions after the deadline, contact Elizabeth Bernard at show.super.buffy@gmail.com.
Alpaca Eligibility & Health Requirements
- Bring only alpacas that are at least 6 months old, AOA registered, microchipped, and accompanied by health papers issued within 30 days of the last day of the event. This requirement applies to every alpaca attending the show, including alpacas that do not compete.
- List the alpaca’s name, microchip number, and negative BVD via PCR or VI (VI prior to 1/1/2010) on the health papers. Owners must list each alpaca’s microchip number or ear tag identification on the health papers. A COPY of ALL health papers must be provided for the show office to keep on permanent record. PLEASE—MAKE COPIES BEFORE YOU COME!
- A copy of the AOA Registration Certificate of each alpaca entered in the show must be provided. This includes companion animals.
- Each entering Ranch must complete and submit a Disclosure Statement. Please fill out this form ONLINE as a part of your registration process at www.alpacashowreg.com.
- Submit a BVD by PCR negative test (or a VI negative test if completed before 1/1/2010) for every alpaca entering the Exposition Center. List the test results on the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI). A COPY of ALL health papers must be provided for the show office to keep on permanent record. PLEASE—MAKE COPIES BEFORE YOU COME!

Show Entry Requirements & Class Information
- A-OK will use the current AOA Show Division Handbook to govern all classes and may combine classes accordingly.
- Complete All Halter, Walking Fleece, Performance, Production, Fleece, Best Head, and Photo Contest Entries online at www.alpacareg.com
- Exhibitors must enter Get of Sire and Produce of Dam classes in the name of the sire or dam. A copy of the Sire/Dam AOA Registration certificate must be provided along with the names of the Alpacas showing in the class and the name(s) of their owners. The show does not require the sire or dam to attend.
- All Alpacas entered in group/production classes must be eligible and entered in their respective halter class. Get of Sire and Produce of Dam classes incur an entry fee in the name of the Sire or Dam. Breeder’s Best 3 requires an entry fee.
- Communicate AOA Registration Certificates, Permission To Show Forms, and Disclosure Statements for ALL ENTRIES to Elizabeth (Buffy) Bernard via online uploads in the registration process.

Show Stall Information
- The arena and the stalling area are all under one roof.
- Stalls are 10′ x 10′ on concrete with one bag of pine pellet bedding provided per animal stall.
- We recommend placing stall mats on top of the pine pellet bedding.
- Please be sure to bring appropriate Gate Closures. A-OK does NOT provide these.
- Recommended stalling is a maximum of 4 juveniles or 3 yearlings/adults per 10′ x 10′ stall, all single sex.
- Keep in mind that the safety and well-being of your Alpacas is your responsibility when you choose how many you will put in one stall.
- All stalls have electricity, with water and waste receptacles nearby.
- Electricity is provided as part of the stall fee.
- Exhibitors will need to provide their own extension cords. We recommend a 50′ 10 gauge extension cord.
- Also, it is helpful to bring a multi-outlet power strip to support your electrical needs.
