We’re celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the A-OK Alpaca Blast-Off Show and our 5th A-OK Rose Rock Alpaca Show!
The Harvest Banquet is on the grounds of the Grady County Fairgrounds & Event Center in the larger room like last year that is adjacent to and accessible from the Indoor Arena via a covered walkway.
There will also be a live auction at the Banquet to benefit the A-OK Youth Program. This year we will have a condensed auction with a professional auctioneer who is donating his services to benefit A-OK youth! We are also starting a little earlier at 5:30 p.m.
Consider finding a seat at a table with someone you haven’t met and enjoy a great meal and good company! We kindly ask that you do not move chairs from other tables to your table.
It is especially important for ALL SPONSORS to register and purchase your “free” tickets. Just like with a free stall, A-OK must know how many to expect at the Banquet.
- Paper Tickets will be provided in your packets if you have indicated so during your registration and must be presented at the entry of the Banquet Hall for admittance to the banquet.
- No entries shall be allowed without this paper ticket.
- A cash bar will be available.
- We have received many glowing compliments for this wonderful banquet.
