A Pen Sale is a fresh way of presenting your Alpacas to the public. Sometimes guests at our show are motivated to purchase. Sometimes they are casually acquainted with Alpacas. Who knows? We all had a time that we bought our first Alpacas! Consider this a way to expose some of your herd to the general public as well as other exhibitors.
Entries in the Pen Sale must be AOA registered Alpacas and be listed on your CVI. No crias under 6 months unless sold with dam. The Alpacas will remain in your show pens except for when they are featured at the Friday evening Meet & Greet. This is a private treaty between buyers and sellers.
Alpacas of Oklahoma will feature the Pen Sale entries on this website and in a promotional catalog that will be in each show bag. Sellers shall provide promotional information via email to the Show Coordinator, Debbie Ashley, no later than Saturday, October 19, 2024 to be included in the catalog.

- ARI Certificate
- Histogram
- Photos
- EPD’s
- Price Range (for catalog organization, i.e., Pet Quality under $3K, $3K-$7K, $7K-$10K, $10K & up)
Entry Fee: $100 per Alpaca
All Alpacas should be registered as a companion animal on your show registration (unless they are registered as showing elsewhere.) The system will charge you $10 each but that will be removed when you let Debbie Ashley, Show Coordinator know that you have registered your Pen Sale Alpacas. Please do pay the $10 companion fee.
